• Directly shaped the stance and strategy around Agentic AI/LLM usage for the entirety of the company, focused on Engineering.
• Built and maintained an internal repo of AI tools and materials used across the entire company
• Led a 300+ people AI-Assisted Engineering community centred around news, trends, tooling...
• Ran a 150 people Claude Code pilot which culminated in a deal with Anthropic for the entire company (~1200 seats) at a 10% discount.
• Pushed a PoC that I inherited from another Engineer over the line to meet all objectives a month ahead of schedule, coordinating across 5 teams and 6 different repos. This would then go on to be the baseline of a new vertical now generating hundreds of millions in annual revenue.
