Start with a powerful message - Don't start with your name position etc…

Starting with a quick tale or phrase is great. Follow it up with your credentials, and the why the audience should care about what you're about to tell them.

Finish with that same powerful message - Not a Q&A, not your name, but with the message

3 Rules:

  1. Everything must be connected
  2. The only order that matters is the dramatic order - Logical, chronological… don't matter
  3. The audience must be the main character, not the one you create. You must teach them a lesson or convey some emotion

Answer these questions:

  1. Who is the story about
  2. What do they want
  3. Why can't they get it?
  4. What do they do about it?
  5. How does it fail?
  6. What is the resolution?

Always implement structure and characters, preferably some that have a development
